Pelletized straw pellets that has been sanitized using heat. Suitable for growing mushrooms such as oyster mushrooms. Note! This item is only available for delivery within Sweden.
The straw pellets can be used to multiply the mycelium from a mushroom house or to start a new substrate using rapid mycelium, we recommend this technique for all kinds of oyster mushrooms.
Mix 1 kg (1000 grams) of straw pellets with 1,9 liters of water (approx. 20-25 degrees C) and 90-150 grams of rapid mycelium to make a substrate of approx. 3 kg. Recommended grow bag: Large.
To multiply a mushroom house use the original substrate to mix with 5 kg of new straw pellets and 9,5 liters of water (approx. 20-25 degrees C). Distribute the material in 5 grow bags model large. After 3 weeks you will have about 15 kg of fresh mycelium ready to plant outside.

At hot temperatures in the summer that exceed 25 degrees, we wait to send products containing mycelium until the temperature has dropped. This is to protect mycelium, which is sensitive at too high temperatures.
