We answer emails and phone calls as soon as we can Monday - Wednesday.
Telephone hours are Monday to Wednesday 10.00-16.30.

Thursday - Friday we are in the lab producing mycelium for all of you. Mail sent on Thursday and Friday will be answered on the following Monday.
