Fungi.era Lion's mane is designed for those who want to increase cognitive performance.
The jar contains 50 grams of extract in powder form.
Mix half a teaspoon in water, coffee, smoothies or use as a spice in cooking. Can also be combined with other extracts.
Start with 1/2 teaspoon (1.25 grams) one to two times per day.
Dosages per jar: 40.
