Liquid culture for inoculation by injection into substrates The culture can also be used to expand your mycelium on suitable materials. 25 ml of liquid culture delivered in a syringe with 1 sterile needle (BD Microlance green 0,8 x40mm).
Shiitake is an amazing mushroom with lots of flavor. This strain of shiitake produces high-quality mushrooms with fleshy, large flat caps with a lot of white dots and firm stems. The strain has a short spawn run and substrates often produce huge first flushes. It likes colder weather and pins less at temperatures from 18°C onward. Recommended substrates: Enriched sawdust from oak, birch, maple and poplar. Strain: S201.
