Lion’s Mane, also known as Hedgehog Mushroom, Bear’s Tooth, Pom Pom Blanc, and by many other names, is beloved worldwide for its delicate flavor and impressive appearance. Hericium erinaceus is a fascinating mushroom to grow.

The growing block comes ready for fruiting. Simply cut a 5x5 cm cross in the plastic, spray the opening with water several times a day, and watch the mushrooms grow.

For optimal conditions, we recommend keeping the growing block in a humid environment with good airflow. For example, a larger plastic box with a few holes drilled in the sides and a matching lid.
