We comply with the law on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises

Ordering Mushroom Cultivation is binding. If a shipment is not collected, the full cost of the item plus shipping and return costs will be charged. According to § 4 of the Distance and Home Sales Act, the right of withdrawal in distance contracts does not apply to goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or which can rapidly deteriorate or become too old. On other goods that do not deteriorate or are destroyed if they become too old, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies according to law

In this case, any form of mycelium is such a commodity. On other goods that do not deteriorate or are destroyed if they become too old, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies according to law.

Returns are paid for by the customer and can be sent using any shipping method. Proof of the return needs to be sent to us at Svamphuset in order for us to approve the return and refund returned goods. Such proof needs to be a receipt for the submitted return and must be emailed to us as described below.

In the case of unclaimed packages that are returned to us, we charge the customer for the return shipping. We do not refund products in the return that contain any form of mycelium. We refund goods in the return that do not contain mycelium. If you want us to send the order again, we will do this in return for charging shipping again.

If you have entered the wrong name on your order and the package has been sent, you will not be able to collect it from your agent with your identification. In order for you to be able to pick up your package, we need to make a name change to the correct name, which for us costs SEK 230. We will therefore charge a fee of SEK 230 for name changes on already sent orders. The same applies if you entered the wrong address and the package ended up at the wrong agent. Then we need to charge a fee of SEK 230 to send the package to the right agent. To minimize this, we ask you to double-check your name and address before placing your order.

If you receive the wrong item, damaged item or wrong quantity, you must notify us within 10 days.

You must return goods that have been delivered incorrectly or that are defective immediately together with any delivery note. In the event of a dispute, we follow the decision of the General Complaints Board. Return goods must be packed well. You pay the shipping. If it concerns a complaint, we will reimburse you for the cost of the return shipping. Any replacement delivery is paid for by Omnin Organics AB.

For all deliveries to addressees outside Sweden, in addition to the value of the goods and the shipping fee, any customs duties and other charges are added according to the regulations of the recipient country. The customer is responsible for obtaining knowledge of the regulations that apply to the import of Svamphuset's goods to their own country at each time of ordering.

We reserve the right for errors in text and/or images and for obviously incorrect prices.

When ordering from a country outside the EU, an invoice is sent with conditions for advance payment. Shipping takes place with DHL parcel connect. Price for shipping according to the current agreement with the respective forwarder.

When ordering goods to a country within the EU, the price is invoiced with VAT.

When ordering goods to a country outside the EU, the price is invoiced without VAT.

Mycel from Omnin Organics AB is intended to be used for hobby cultivation and may not be copied/extended for the purpose of being sold on to third parties without permission from Omnin Organics AB. For commercial use, contact our customer service for terms and conditions. The Svamphuset brand may not be used to any extent without Omnin Organics AB's consent.
