This knife has been designed espescially for easy and comfortable trimming of your mushrooms. The fine curved blade, made of stainless serated steel from Sweden has an extra sharp edge to make trimming a pleasure. The handle is made of laquered beech wood and has a robust brush for easy removal of dirt.
